White House Press Secretary Questioned About Jay-Z's Press Secretary Jay Carney says there is no communication between Jay - Z and president Obama.

"Open letter" Jay - Z may have been released this morning and already the record made its way to the White House. Earlier today (April 11), during a press conference at White House, White House Press Secretary Jay Carney was asked about the reference of the president Barack Obama on the newly released Jay - z folder, but also the journey controversial rappers in Cuba.

Carney has to emphasize that the U.S. Treasury Department addresses these issues and revealed that it there was no communication between the President and Jay - Z.

"I guess that nothing rhymes with 'Treasure.' Because Treasury Board offers and gives permits for travel as you know, and the White House has nothing to do with this, "said Carney. "I say absolutely that the White House and the President on down had nothing to do with someone's travels in Cuba." "This is something that handles Treasury".
